Procuring enterprise software is a journey that begins with ensuring sufficient support within your institution to procure the software, as well as ensuring a smooth implementation and roll out.

Following that, the next big challenge revolves around the assurance of success. To ensure not only that the acquired software works to attain your stated business case goals, but that you continue to optimize the use of the functional capabilities, as both your institution and Pure continue to evolve.

In our engagement with Clients, such as yourself, we have gained good insights into this journey and the various hurdles and methods employed to go about this. We would like to share our findings and to present some proactive steps to ensure you & your team are all set to get the most out of Pure.

Essentially, it comes down to the following:

* What you know you are going to get (your functional requirements as per your business case)
* What you know Pure can do, but have not included in your business case (existing modules & services)
* What you don’t know and never thought about (serendipitous discovery and roadmap developments)

With this talk we will share best practices we have seen, as well as some recommendations on how your institution can stay abreast of these 'areas of possible enhanced functional capabilities', thereby ensuring your institution and your team can capitalize on the benefits you knew about, and those you didn’t.
